Indian Head Massage 40min £30
This ancient massage practice relieves tension in the head, neck, upper back and shoulders. Offering a multitude of restorative benefits, the treatment can help reduce headaches and stress, improve sleep and clear sinuses. The oil used can also promote hair growth, strengthen the hair, and improve overall condition of the scalp. (However, the massage can be performed without oil if preferred).
Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling) 45min £35 / Course (3 x 45min treatments) £75
A relaxing and soothing treatment, using aromatic ear candles and includes a restorative face massage. The practice has been used to treat a wide range of “ENT” conditions and may benefit people who suffer from sinusitis, congestion, headaches, hay fever, tinnitus, vertigo, snoring and stress.
Aromatherapy Full Body Massage 1hr 10mins £47
Combining natural plant extracts with massage techniques to promote health, wellbeing and relaxation.  Aromatic essential oils and blends can help alleviate a wide range of physical and psychological troubles (such as stress related conditions, peri/menopause symptoms, hormone imbalances, digestive disorders, skin, muscular, circulatory and respiratory problems).
Full Body Swedish Massage 1hr 10mins £45 / Course (3 x 1hr 10mins treatments) £120
The classic restorative top-to-toe full-body massage.  Swedish Massage techniques are used to reduce tightness and alleviate stresses throughout the body.  This treatment encourages lymphatic drainage, promotes a healthy immune system, and enables total relaxation and an overall sense of wellbeing.
Full Body Hot Stones Massage 1hr 10mins £55
A variation of the Full Body Swedish Massage, using warmed basalt stones to ease muscle tension/damaged soft tissues, reduce stress and promote sleep. (Cold stones therapy may also be used to soothe and relieve inflammation).
Back, Neck & Shoulder Swedish Massage 30mins £25 (+ Hot Stones £10)
Swedish Massage techniques are used to apply pressure to the back, neck and shoulders, to reduce tightness and alleviate stress.
Lower Leg & Foot Massage 25mins £20
A deeply relaxing and effective treatment, encouraging lymphatic drainage and enabling a sense of rejuvenation – particularly beneficial to those experiencing tired/”heavy” legs. (And those who enjoy the indulgent sensation of a foot spa and massage!).
Classic Luxury Facial 1hr £40
Enjoy the pampering sensation of a luxury facial, using organic, vegan skincare products and tailored to your skin’s individual needs. Facials can improve the appearance and texture of the skin, reduce fine lines, clear congestion, and increase circulation. (Includes steam and extraction (where applicable); face, neck and décolletage massage, face mask and a choice of complementary massage whilst you relax).
Cleanse & Balance 30min Facial £20
A targeted treatment best suited for combination/oily skin, teen skin and skin that is prone to congestion/blemishes. Impurities are removed; skin is thoroughly cleansed, hydrated and more balanced.
Reflexology 1hr £40 / Course (3 x 1hr treatments) £90
The very essence of holistic therapy: pressure is applied to specific areas of the foot, corresponding to different parts of the body – a full-body treatment via the feet! Reflexology focusses on restoring balance and helps reduce stress and tension. It can work alongside conventional medicine and help alleviate symptoms associated with a variety of conditions such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia, menopause/perimenopause and digestive problems. A deeply relaxing treatment, promoting a sense of wellbeing and restoring harmony. (A course of treatments is likely to be of optimal benefit).
